When can I expect delivery?

Preparation normally requires 1–2 business days once payment is authorized; the dispatched parcel then has an estimated transit period of 4–6 business days. These periods exclude weekends and applicable public holidays and do not guarantee a specific delivery date.

Does the return policy cover personal preference?

No voluntary return is offered for changed plans, an unwanted flavor, or a size or option chosen incorrectly. Mandatory consumer protections are unaffected.

How do I report a faulty or incorrect item?
